Our system may be installed as a public internet website, or private website.  It is also ideal for clubs or organizations where you may wish to have memberships and participation by users over the internet.  The portal may hold all of the functions necessary, and it may also be utilized as a gateway to other sites, systems, or databases.

This content management system is ideal for secure collaboration with vendors and/or customers, or between members or teams.  The system may also be setup as a secure internal or private site, for use by employees in distributing information, tracking projects, and sharing or discussing ideas.  

The application can also be multi-purpose, by configuring the powerful security functions built in.   Your portal can function as your public website, as a secure site to work with customers or vendors, and also as a secure internal site where only employees and staff can see or interact with specific pages or modules.  

For this solution, we provide, install, host, and fully support the DotNetNuke application, an open source asp.net project.

Pricing
We deliver completed websites for our customers, fully functional and tested upon startup.  Our pricing for building new sites is based on the complexity of the design, effort involved in assembling the site, and any special features desired (though most are standard).  In addition, we provide editor training for the system, allowing the customer to perform content updating, additions of pages, photos, and much more as they desire, for further cost savings.  Prices for completed sites start at under $500.00.  Hosting services are quoted separately.

With the Basic Web Portal System Plan, we will install and configure the application for you, ready for entry of content.   With this plan, we can also provide training on how to get started with your portal and perform the various functions.

You will receive Administrator access to the portal, which includes the functionality to add, change, or remove pages, adjust navigation, place modules on pages, arrange content on pages, and of course add, edit or remove content.  

The administrator may manage security roles, manage user accounts, determine which users may update or view content, and control access to specific pages and modules.   Administrators will have access to logs, the file manager, wizards, and news letters.  Full reporting of web site traffic and statistics can also be made available.

Under this plan, TMMworld will not normally add or update content, but we will manage the hosting and application support functions.  At startup, we will install the portal application for you, establish the necessary database connections, and ensure the portal is operating properly.  We will also setup and test email services with the site.  We will make sure everything is fully functional before handing the site over to you.

Each portal is loaded with the popular standard modules, and several custom modules.   If you need a new module loaded on your portal, we do not charge for installation services.  If there is a custom module that needs to be purchased and installed, contact us before purchasing the module.  We will confirm that the module will run in your version of the portal, and depending on the licensing for the module, we may be able to purchase the module for you, either sharing the cost of purchase or purchasing it for you entirely.

Portals are installed with several "skins", and as administrator, you will be able to change the color scheme and general layout of your portal as desired.  If you have a custom skin or obtain a new skin, as administrator, you may upload and install skins when desired, or we would be happy to install skins for you at no charge.

FTP access is granted for the portal administrator.   FTP will be authorized to the same sets of folders visible through the Administration File Manager, but FTP is supplied to help simplify moves for numerous file if desired.
