TMMworld provides hosting services for static websites (html), along with hosting for several asp.net applications such as Web Portals, Discussion Forums, or Weblogs / Blogs.    We provide full hosting services for any site we manage for customers, such as site maintenance and content updates, and we provide services with the necessary access for customers that desire to maintain their own sites.  

Please note that we are a Windows environment only.  Windows Server 2003 / .net 1.1 or .net 2.0

Static Websites may be maintained by customer with tools such as Microsoft Front Page, through direct file transfer (FTP), or through tools that utilize FTP to publish site updates.   No software tools or program are needed to maintain the Web Portal sites.    With hosting services, website statistics reporting and email services can be made available if required.

Ownership and Backup

For ALL websites and Portal Systems we develop, maintain, or host at TMMworld, the entire website is considered as your property, including content, webpages, programs, database files, etc.   If we build your site, or host it for you, we will provide a complete backup of the site to you, for download or on CD when needed.   If at any time you decide  to move your website to a different hosting service, we will provide you with a complete backup of your website for transfer to the new host at  no charge. 

If we purchase a Domain Name for you (so you do not need to be bothered with it), the domain name still belongs to you as long as it is paid for, and renewals of domain fees are maintained (usually just an annual fee).   If at some point, you desire to take control of the domain name, or move your hosting to another service, we will transfer the domain to you at no extra charge, and assist you through the transfer process as necessary.

We offer two portal website packages currently.
With both portal plans, our hosting includes full support of the applicaton, through monitoring site and database performance, checking error logs and making necessary corrections, and by performing regular upgrades of the application and modules, keeping current with releases and patches appropriately.

1. Portal Websites with Managed Services (full service or partial). 
       This plan includes content updates and management for customers.
       Pricing will depend on the scale of the project, the types, schedules,

Domain Names (www.yoursite.com)

It is recommended that you have a unique domain name, but if you do not wish to take this step yet, we can provide a domain address for your site, such as  yoursite.tmmworld.net or something similar, at no additional cost when hosted with TMMworld Dot Net Services.     

If you wish to have your own unique domain, we can obtain, register, and completely configure the domain name for you, including the configuration for email if necessary (complete DNS setup).  Domains can be purchased for periods of 1, 2, 3 and 5 years. 

If you already own a domain, or wish to purchase a new domain yourself, we can instruct you on how to point the domain to our Named Servers.   Once your domain is pointed to our Named Servers, we will then configure the Domain Name Services (DNS) with the proper host settings for your site(s) and email services.

If we handle the purchase of a domain for you, you will own the domain, but we will hold it in our account and configure everything for you. If at any time you wish to move your domain to a different service, we will assist in the transfer of the domain to you, or to another party as you direct us, without any costs.
