The TMMworld Web Brochure is ideal for any small business, including restaurants, service or repair centers and shops, professional offices, or a home based business.  It is also ideal for churches, clubs or other organizations, independent contractors, and even personal pages or a resume. 

With a TMMworld Web Brochure, you can:

Our Web Brochure is actually a single page website, but we call this one a brochure because it is limited in size, much like a one or two page flyer you would have printed.  However, our brochure is fully searchable on the internet, allowing others on the internet to find you with the popular search tools such as Google, Yahoo Search, and others. 

We will work with you in developing the design as much as you like.  If you do not have time, we can come up with design ideas for you to review, and approve.  If you already have a logo, paper brochure, or any type of advertising media, signs, business cards, or posters, we can carry the theme for your business or organization on to your own Web Brochure, and develope a site that fits with your style. 

Our basic web brochure will provide everything needed for a professional, attractive internet presence.  We provide all of the necessary technical service for you.

The basic Web Brochure package includes:

• Design and development
• Incorporation of your logo, graphics, pictures and text
• A contact link for visitors to send emails to you (if desired)
• Map of your location, with directions (if desired)
• Low cost monthly hosting

A professional look, that excludes advertisements and pop ups. There are free resources on the internet where you can create your own page or brochure, but these also include advertisements and even pop up ads you cannot control. There are no such ads on TMMworld Web Brochures or web sites, ensuring that visitors will only focus on you or your business.

Our Web Brochure is considered as the starter site.  Once you start with our Brochure Site, and our hosting services, our expectation is that you will be impressed, and quickly see positive results.  Of course, we hope that at some point you would desire to upgrade to a multi-page website, or even to our Portal Website, and continue with allowing us to provide the system services and support for you or your business.

Definition

The only difference between a TMMworld Web Brochure and a web site is the size of the site.  To keep costs low, we limit the size of the Web Brochure to one page, at a length of about two pages when printed.  Otherwise, the Brochure is identical to any other basic website, including the tags and key words that search engines look for.

Conditions / Limitations

• A TMMworld Web Brochure is limited to one page only.
• Length is about 1 page when printed, maximum 2 pages printed 
• Maximum width 1024 pixels (800 is recommended)
• No promotions of illegal activity, and no pornographic content.

Pricing

Web brochure hosting is $6.00 per month.    A Web Brochure can be developed for a low as $150.00, but may differ slightely, depending on the amount of graphics work needed.   If you already have some images, paper brochures, a company logo, presentations, or other content, this helps keep the price low.  For a quote, please contact us at 276-629-6868, or use the form to the left to send your inquiry.  We will respond to inquiries within 24 hours.

Payment Process / Timing

We will work with you to design and layout the page without charge (sketch).  Development of the site will proceed with a deposit of at least $25.00 (sometimes up to 50% depending on the effort).  Upon completion of development, and your approval of the Web Brochure for publishing, the balance of charges for design and development will be due along with payment for at least one month of hosting.  Payment for hosting can be made monthly, but must be paid in advance of each month of hosting.   

We prefer payment through PayPal, but we will also accept Money Orders.   Business or personal checks will be accepted from local customers only.

Domain Name

The brochure will be hosted under a TMMworld domain (tmmdns.com), unless you wish to have your own domain name.  With the TMMworld domain, we will add a prefix to best fit your site, and per your request, if the name is available.  For example, if you wish to have the name "mysite", the address on the internet would be mysite.tmmdns.com when using a TMMworld domain.  If you wish to have your own domain, such as mysite.com, we can obtain, register, and configure the domain for you, with a small extra charge.  

Content Changes

As is, the basic brochure is static or without changes.   However, if you determine that some changes are required on your brochure after it is approved and published on the internet, a minor text edit can be made without any charge.   If changes will impact the layout of the page, we may need to charge for the work, but we will quote in advance in all cases. 

If you wish to have regular content updates on your brochure, such as monthly, we would be happy to discuss the options and work out a simple low cost plan for you.   Regular updates to any page on the internet are actually recommended, because this will keep your page fresh, and search engines will continue to visit your site, improving the chances that others will continue to find your page.

• Registration and configuration of you own domain name
• Hosted Email and accounts with your own domain name (Web mail and pop mail)
