Our primary development and test servers are located in Bassett VA.  Our production servers are located in secure data centers  for optimal hardware and network infrastructure operations.  Our data centers provide the following list of services. 

Administration
Services include daily management of network and systems hardware.  Certified professionals monitor everything possible to deliver consistently high performance. They manage all networking devices including routers, switches, accelerators, balancers, and firewalls. They monitor and maintain our hardware and proactively manage the installation of operating system service packs, hot-fixes and patches.

Security
All servers reside behind high-availability firewalls and signature-less and signature-based intrusion prevention systems.   Servers are kept safe from spyware, spam, viruses, worms, trojans, Web-based exploits, and blended threats by scanning all network layers in real time.

Automated network security audits are conducted to the standards and requirements of the SANS/FBI security test, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's published recommendations and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. 

Reporting
Reporting is performed on CPU usage, memory, and disk space utilization keeping us informed of hardware and operating system conditions and usage patterns.  

Optimization
An intelligent network infrastructure is operated, that proactively responds to any unexpected problems to protect the performance of  web sites and applications.  By aggregating metrics, a self-optimizing foundation improves performance and reduces latency providing smooth operation around the clock.

Backup and Recovery
Full and incremental file backups are performed over a high-performance, dedicated network to a centralized data storage system on a daily basis.  Options for off-site data backup are also available.

Integrity testing insures scheduled backups are being performed correctly with failures quickly investigated and underlying problems fixed. 

Monitoring
Always vigilant monitoring systems maintain watch over everything from fuel capacity to individual web sites.  Health monitoring is performed on all routers, switches, and connections alerting technicians to the smallest changes.  Live status reporting makes it possible for technicians to identify problems and thresholds that have been exceeded and fix them before business and clients are affected.

At TMMworld, we manage the operating system and applications levels, the communications setup and domain names services for the production systems.   Our Data Centers take care of the hardware and networks, along with the daily backup of data, ensuring that the environment is performing properly and securely.
